Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, our expert team is just a phone call away, ready to provide fast and efficient support.
New Geely vehicle owners receive 12 months complimentary Premium Roadside Assistance upon delivery. Upon completion of a scheduled service, a further 12 months Premium Roadside Assistance will be automatically renewed up to a total of seven scheduled services from the vehicle's initial registration.
Testing, jump-start, charging or replacement of 12V battery.
Towing to the nearest accessible and compatible charging station.
Provision of enough fuel at no cost to reach the nearest fuel station.
Attempt to unlock vehicle or delivery of a spare key.
Change to spare tyre or temporary repair of tyre if suitable.
Render assistance to mechanical breakdowns.
Towing to the nearest Geely Service Centre*.
Rental vehicle in the event of a mechanical breakdown (eligibility criteria apply).
Accommodation may be provided in the event of a mechanical breakdown where the vehicle cannot be repaired the same day (eligibility criteria apply).
Extrication when bogged on a 2WD legally trafficable road.
A single one-way taxi service may be arranged up to a value of $150 incl. GST.
